Scheduling appointments for my daughter and myself was a breeze. I liked being able to fill out our dental history forms ahead of time electronically. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Our hygienist was personable and efficient. The dentist was thorough and insured I didn’t have any questions. My daughter was nervous but the hygienist and dentist put her at ease. I highly recommend the practice for adults and children.
This is undoubtedly the best dentist office in Woodstock. Which starts with the front desk ladies, they are not only very pleasant and friendly. They know my name and the name of all my children and spouse. I have only been here like six times. But they know me, which is not only appreciated. But reflects how high their customer service bar is. I and several clients just walk in they greet you by name and know why you are there. Really the only down side is that the word has gotten out and they are very busy. Lastly the two dentists are not only friendly but can explain in normal words what you need and why it is needed.
