I want to give a shout-out to a hidden gem inside of the town of Woodstock, IL. I was looking for a new dentist and googled one near me. When I found Madison Street Dental, I was surprised that I had never seen it before in the cute little part of Woodstock's Square. Upon my arrival to my appointment, I was greeted with such big smiles and happy vibes. The entire process of seeing a new dentist was such a breeze. The icing on the top was my Dental Hygienist by the name of Nikki. Nikki was not only very informative when it came to what she saw inside of my mouth, but was also very helpful in describing possible treatments and solutions to my issues. She cleaned my mouth without me feeling any type of pain or sensitivity, which for me, is rare. Dr. Wu was also very professional and nice. I highly recommend this business and look forward to receiving future treatments and cleanings from them. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

All of their staff are extremely personable and really make you feel like family. Vanessa at the front desk went above and beyond to comfort me and calm my nerves. Dr. Wu is very friendly and really cares about providing the best care. I went from being nervous about going to the dentist to almost even looking forward to my appointment because of all the lovely people who work there. I am so pleased with my care! Shamefully, I haven't seen a dentist in several years but had to make an emergency appointment. I was referred by a family member and was very happy with my visit. The entire staff was a pleasure. I ended up seeing Dr. Kim and she was very kind, gentle, and explained everything very clearly. Her assistant was very thorough and when it came to putting on a temporary crown, remade it as she felt it wasn't proper and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly for me so I wouldn't have any further issues. Going to the dentist is still going to be a nerve racking task for me, but this office definitely helps ease some of the worries.
