I was so nervous to try a new dentist as I had seen my previous dentist for my entire life. I’m so glad that I found Madison Street! All of their staff are extremely personable and really make you feel like family. Vanessa at the front desk went above and beyond to comfort me and calm my nerves. Dr. Wu is very friendly and really cares about providing the best care. I went from being nervous about going to the dentist to almost even looking forward to my appointment because of all the lovely people who work there. I am so pleased with my care! Shamefully, I haven't seen a dentist in several years but had to make an emergency appointment. I was referred by a family member and was very happy with my visit. The entire staff was a pleasure. I ended up seeing Dr. Kim and she was very kind, gentle, and explained everything very clearly. Her assistant was very thorough and when it came to putting on a temporary crown, remade it as she felt it wasn't proper and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly for me so I wouldn't have any further issues. Going to the dentist is still going to be a nerve racking task for me, but this office definitely helps ease some of the worries.

As a former dental-anxiety sufferer, I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Don't put off making an appointment. Everyone here is awesome and will treat you with respect. They even dignify you with a follow-up call to see how you're doing. Wonderful patient care. So highly recommend.
