*Upadate 12/2025 - I went for my regular cleaning today and Danielle (my Dental Hygenist), is amazing! She is always professional; takes pride in her work, show's care & concern for me while cleaning my teeth, and is very respectful of patient privacy. I so appreciate her and her professionalism. I’m not a huge fan of any dental office because of past experiences and have developed an associated fear of dental work; however, this dental office is an exception to all my fears. In regards to this fear, I take very good care of my teeth in order to not have to go to the dentist often (more than the prescribed twice per year). However, I had some cracks in one tooth and needed a crown. I tend to have anxiety while at the dentist, but yesterday I went for a crown fitting. The dentist and the assistant that worked on my tooth communicated with me throughout the entire process - I was told what was going to happen before it happen; I was told what was happening, while it happened; and I was spoken to (just general conversation) during the process, which all made me feel much more comfortable than I typically would. Today I received a phone call from the office to check on my status. I so appreciate this dental office! They are very professional, respectful and they show real care and concern for all their patients. Thank you Madison Street Dental Office staff - from the front office staff members to the Assistants, to the Dental Hygienist, to the Dentist - great job all!

Our dentist could not or would not get us in till 4pm on Monday. This was not our dentist but it will be now, they were so nice , caring and helpful to him. Thry have called couple times to check up and him. This dentist office goes up and beyond any other dentist office we have hone to. Would and will recommend this dentist to everyone.
